Top 5 Windows 10 Tablets that are Worth the Price!
With the launch of Windows 10, many companies are now vying to make the best use of the operating system in their tablets. There have been many tablets which have been launched but only a few have actually made an impression with their features and reasonable pricing.
Here are some of the top Windows 10 Tablets that boast of the best set of features in the market:
Microsoft Surface Pro 4
With the Surface Pro 4, Microsoft has enhanced the Surface Pro 3. The new Surface Pro is a thinner, version of its predecessor, with enhancements. It is a tablet-first device that is actually the best tablet in recent times with an impeccable touch-friendly operating system, Windows 10. The Surface Pro 4 also features an improved Type Cover keyboard and works well on prior compromises with brilliant features.
The Surface Pro 4’s Type Cover kept the core design coupling features intact but introduced chiclet keys with improved stability for typing. The core complaint one might have with Surface Pro 4 is that it is pricier by $100 compared to the Pro 3 at about $899. One might have to pay a flat grand to add in the Type Cover.
HP Spectre X2
HP unveiled a 2-in-1 with a new 12-inch Spectre x2 to rock a built-in kickstand just like the Microsoft’s tablet. Spectre x2 has a better adjustable kickstand along with a comfortable keyboard.
With a 12-inch display, it has the same size as that of the last-gen Surface Pro 3 and weighs about the same. It works with a pressure-sensitive Wacom-made active pen which is sold separately. This is a thin and light tablet that sticks to the keyboard cover magnetically. The design of the hinge is different with a U-shaped, easel-like frame that pops out when released. The thin 8mm-thick profile can be arranged at multiple angles.
The tablet weighs just 1.85 pounds which increases to 2.69 pounds with the attached keyboard. HP Spectre x2 starts at $799 and includes a decent keyboard cover in that price.
Samsung Galaxy TabPro S
The Galaxy TabPro S is one of the top Windows 10 tablets that sports a razor-thin 12-inch tablet with a detachable keyboard and touchpad. The product was unveiled in the recently held CES event and expected to launch globally this February.
It is a striking machine since it runs Windows 10 on a beautiful Super AMOLED screen that is similar to the screen on a Galaxy smartphone. It includes a keyboard folio cover and one of the few tablets cum laptops that automatically and magnetically snaps into the right place when close enough to the keyboard.
Powered by Intel Core m3 processor and 4GB of RAM, the tablet features 128GB of non-expandable internal storage and is priced at €999.
Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga
Lenovo’s new ThinkPad X1 Yoga is a work-friendly tablet reminiscent of the ThinkPad notebook with incredible note-taking capabilities. The machine’s flexible folding design is distinctive and praise-worthy while its built-in active stylus helps users to jot down notes on the 14-inch display itself.
The X1 Yoga is priced at $1,499, but it is the lightest 14-inch 2 in 1 ever. Although Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon beats it in terms of weight, it is lighter than the MacBook Air and many other laptops. It also features four adaptable modes that make it a better option for commuters who need a portable machine to lug around. Also, it features an OLED screen that is a first, too.
Dell Latitude 7275
Dell Latitude 12 7275 does not replace the existing 2-in-1 but compares favourably to the Latitude 13 7000 Series 2-in-1. It resembles the new consumer XPS 12 but stands tall in its own right because it is a business version of the model. Dell Latitude 12 7275 includes a traditional 16:9 aspect ratio screen and is powered by Core M CPU. These specifications get it in direct competition with the Elite x2 1012, rather than the Surface. It also allows a magnetic connection with its keyboard, which is one of its highlights. The price is expected to start at $1,049.
