OnePlus Bullet Wireless Earphones: The Best Buds For Life
OnePlus is becoming this week’s biggest gadget news. Just this week, OnePlus released its long awaited flagship phone OnePlus 6. The design and power packed performance of the new flagship did impress a lot of us. The OnePlus 6 comes with an all-glass design, which means not just the front is Gorilla Glass 5, but also the back has the same glass. Also, the OnePlus 6 is super fast and smooth to help you quickly navigate through apps.
The design and the power is not the only impressive thing though. The OnePlus 6 has got some really amazing camera. It has a dual camera, where high resolution meets high speed. It also features Portrait Mode, not just in the rear camera, but also in the front camera. It applies a stunning depth-of-field effect to your photos to create a sense of intimacy with the subject.
Wireless earphones from OnePlus
Along with the big launch of the OnePlus 6, the company has also launched a pair of headphones called Bullets Wireless Headphones. These are said to be OnePlus’ first ever wireless headphones and seem like a compelling product for all the audiophiles out there.
Magnetic buds
At first glance, the headphones look like any regular pair of neckbuds. But it does come with features that set them apart from others. These new earphones come with magnetic buds embedded in them which snap together in order to avoid tangling. You can pair these new earphones with OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T and the latest OnePlus 6.
Magnetic control
The magnet here not only avoids tangling. But it also assists in stopping or playing the music. The Bullet earphones can easily pause and resume music playback as they are stuck together and pulled apart respectively. OnePlus says that they are planning to add the ability to answer the calls by the way of unclipping the buds, this might happen in the near future.
The magnetic control feature of the Bullets Wireless is something you don’t get to see in every earphone. It lets you take control of the music. There will be no need to press the pause button on your phone to stop the music anymore. Just clip the bullets together to turn them off. Separate them when you are ready to resume your music.
Smart design
With the Bullets Wireless, OnePlus has made some clever design choices. All the credit goes to the aluminum alloy construction, whether you are heading to work, working out or relaxing, your headphones will easily stay in its place. There is a stretch-resistant cable that connects the earphones. The battery part rests comfortably on your neck.
Super fast charge
You can use the Bullets Wireless with Google Assistant for added convenience. You can receive instant directions to a place or save reminder for an event. All this can be done without taking out your phone. With the Bullets Wireless, you can get up to 5 hours of listening on a single 10 minute charge. A full charge provides you with up to 8 hours of listening time. All you will ever require is a standard USB-C cable. You don’t require a specialized fast charger for this.
Quality and convenience
The mission of OnePlus is to create a wireless product that combines quality with convenience. It gives you the best of both worlds. With these headphones, OnePlus doesn’t sacrifice quality for the sake of convenience. The QualComm aptX preserves sound data to ensure the best possible audio quality. The Energy Tube will absorb random sound waves to minimize distortion, after the audio reaches the earphones. The Bullets Wireless also consists of premium 9.2mm drivers which help in providing a richer bass.
Expected to come next month
Bullets Wireless are designed in such a way that they can resist the risks of water damage from rain, sweat and stray splashes. But make sure you avoid prolonged contact with water. You can take them for a run, but not for a swim. The Bullets Wireless will be made available towards the end of June and are priced at around $70.
